We're currently using the Public PAIR Monitoring Service offered by The Patent Box.  This service has proven to be an excellent and cost-effective solution for tracking prosecution changes in US applications that are of strategic interest to our company.  Prior to using this service we were monitoring applications manually through Public PAIR.  With The Patent Box, monitoring these applications now consumes less time and is more reliable. On a weekly basis their team alerts us via e-mail that our watch list has been synched with PAIR.  We're then able to use the My File Wrappers dashboard to quickly digest what, if any, prosecution changes have occurred in each case.  When necessary, the dashboard also allows us to easily review the details of each file wrapper.
